• Please Note: Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• ​Payments are due day of services after completion. We offer fair flat-rate pricing with upfront estimates based on your needs.​

• Cancellation policy: 48 hrs notice - no charge, 24 hrs - half service, same day - full service charge unless an emergency.

• For access, arrangements are made during booking. Security systems should be turned off before our arrival, we aren't responsible for alarm fees.

Expectations

• Our fully trained, insured, and bonded team provides reliable cleaning. Enjoy flexible scheduling for a hassle-free experience.​

• Safety is paramount. We wear gloves and company branded uniforms, as well as sanitize all equipment after all cleaning.​

• ​We don't handle pet care, puppy pads, or biohazards.​

​

• We specialize in home cleaning but don't offer hand-washing dishes, certain window washing, specialty cleaning, or excessive stain removal.
